Relational Cognitive Behavioral  Approach

I use an array of modalities when working with Clients. The approaches I most utilize are Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and EMDR. I am Level I & II EMDR trained and have seen the healing power of this modality for many of my Clients. I seek to provide a safe and balanced environment for my clients' to explore, grow, and flourish.

Get to Know Me

My name is Kinsey Morgan and I am a passionate, pre-licensed professional counselor in pursuit of full credentialing. I have been working in the field for over 2 years, during which time I have worked with individuals dealing with; depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, sexual assault, grief/loss, divorce adjustment, food addictions/eating addiction, addiction and recovery, conflict resolution, individual relationship issues, self-esteem, spiritual identity issues, perfectionism, sexual identity issues, and Trauma. I have worked with adolescents and adults ranging in age from 11-60 years. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity, serenity, and self-motivation. I consider Counseling my passion and as my client it is my hope that you feel a sense of warmth, safety, and community as I walk alongside you on your journey.
